most of our intentions, our ideas and dreams don't make it to physical reality.
the simple act of thinking of them seems to partially satisfy our urge. we will use interactive psychosomatic exercises to help you feel them in your body. so over time you will start yearning for the physical feeling of satisfaction.
Serenity will also create a map of your intentions and track them as your progress on your journey. you will be able to cross reference your intentions with the transcripts of your conversations.
journalling
there is a vast body of research that shows that people who journal on a regular basis make more progress on their intentions than the control group.
serenity will help you create your journals. You can dictate to it and it will record it. it will create summaries of the journals and your conversations that will be interleaved with your journals.
These journals and conversation summaries will be tagged with your intentions.
self compassion
based on your intentions and journals, Serenity will create nudges to bring you back to your center. these nudges and exercises will guide you forward on your journey. we are our worst critics. these programs of self-flagellation play in our heads over and over again, traumatizing us from the inside. we will endeavor to learn new programs of self-compassion and gratitude.
